Loneliness & Use of Technology in Older Adults
What is this project?
This research report was performed for my Master’s Thesis, which was a group project that sought to create a product that could reduce loneliness in Older Adults.
The presentation is in Spanish, but to summarize, it compiles both the methods employed and the information retrieved through the research.

How was it made?
Here is the process followed to elaborate this Research Report
Preliminary Desk Research
Initial investigation helps determine starting knowledge and areas of interest.
Determine Research Budget Desk Research
As students with specific deadlines, our group required our research to be performed within a strict deadline, creating a relevant Time Budget.
Select Research Methodology
Given the budget constraints, areas of interest, and development stage, appropriate methods are selected (in this case Desk Research, User & Expert Interviews.
Organize Research Methods
Time dedicated to the recruitment of both members of our target population and experts on related fields (psychology, elder care) to interview; and the creation of the relevant questionnaires.
Perform Research
Perform interviews and desk research, taking care to organize the information.
Extract Insights
Distill actionable, relevant information bites from all the information acquired
Weave Storytelling from the Insights
Find the relevant story the found insights provide and communicate it.
